Return Policy

Physical items purchased at La Cumbre Shop can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, you can review the product as if you were buying something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition in which you receive it and without any type of damage. You can take the product out of its packaging, unless it is sealed.

If you decide to return the items, you will need to notify us by filling out the return form on our website, or using the withdrawal form shown below. You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending an email to shop@onel.media. Please note that you must send the items back within 15 days of notifying us.

Processing your return

After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be returned to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be paid as soon as possible. We will cover the return shipping costs.

As it is a product for access to digital content, the services or codes that have been purchased with the consent of the buyer cannot be returned.

• Digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior consent of the consumer.
